Ways to Work Together

Counseling · Clinical Supervision · Professional Consultation

Thoughtful. Trauma-Informed. Systems-Aware.

This practice was created to support individuals, clinicians, and organizations committed to strengthening behavioral health care — both personally and professionally.

Whether we are working on trauma recovery, clinical development, or systems-level strategy, my approach centers clarity, collaboration, and ethical alignment.

Meaningful change happens when people and systems feel supported, understood, and grounded in sustainable structure.

Telehealth Counseling

I provide trauma-informed telehealth counseling for adults and teens throughout Washington State. Services are delivered via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, allowing you to engage in therapy from a space that feels safe, accessible, and supportive.

My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens through relationship, attunement, and respect for lived experience. Therapy is collaborative and intentionally paced, with careful attention to emotional safety, nervous system regulation, and readiness for deeper work. Together, we explore patterns, build insight, and develop skills that support meaningful and sustainable change.

I integrate evidence-based modalities including trauma-informed care, cognitive and behavioral strategies, relational and attachment-focused approaches, and mindfulness-based practices. Treatment may address anxiety, trauma and stress responses, grief and loss, burnout, identity exploration, and major life transitions. Therapy is not about “fixing” you — it is about creating space for understanding, growth, and alignment.

Prior to beginning services, clients review and acknowledge informed consent and telehealth consent documents outlining confidentiality, its limits, risks and benefits of telehealth, and client rights and responsibilities. Transparency and ongoing consent are foundational to my practice.

Sessions are $200 for standard private-pay appointments. I also work with many insurance plans through Headway, which manages eligibility verification, billing, and claims processing. When scheduling through Headway, you can review your coverage details and estimated cost before confirming an appointment.

Services are provided exclusively via telehealth to clients physically located in Washington State at the time of session. Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges.

Please note that I am not available for crisis response outside scheduled sessions. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Professional Consultation

I provide professional consultation for licensed and associate-level mental health clinicians, private practice owners, and clinical leaders seeking thoughtful, experience-informed support. Consultation offers structured space for reflection, problem-solving, and strategic clarity around clinical, ethical, operational, and leadership concerns.

Consultation topics may include case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, documentation standards, billing workflow review, audit preparedness, quality assurance, revenue analysis, burnout prevention, and private practice strategy.

My approach integrates trauma-informed, relational, and systems-based perspectives, with attention to both clinical integrity and long-term sustainability.

Consultation differs from therapy and clinical supervision in that it focuses on professional roles, responsibilities, and decision-making rather than personal treatment or licensure oversight. Sessions are collaborative, reflective, and practical — supporting clinicians and owners in thinking critically while staying aligned with scope of practice and ethical obligations.

Consultation is offered at $225 per hour and may be pro-rated in 15-minute increments. Services are provided via secure telehealth. Limited onsite consultation may be available by request at negotiated rates.

Licensure Supervision

I offer clinical supervision for developing clinicians pursuing licensure in Washington State, including those working in community mental health, healthcare systems, and private practice settings. Supervision is structured, reflective, and relational, with attention to ethical practice, clinical competence, and professional sustainability.

My supervision framework is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and developmentally attuned. Supervision is a collaborative process supporting skill refinement and professional identity formation. We focus on case conceptualization, documentation standards, ethical complexity, clinical decision-making, and the emotional impact of clinical work.

I integrate evidence-based supervision models and reflective consultation practices. My style balances warmth and curiosity with clarity and accountability, offering encouragement alongside thoughtful challenge. I am particularly attentive to supporting clinicians in building confidence, maintaining ethical boundaries, and developing a sustainable and aligned professional practice.

Prior to beginning supervision, supervisees review informed consent materials outlining supervision structure, roles and responsibilities, confidentiality and its limits, evaluation processes, and licensure requirements. Ongoing feedback and open dialogue are central to my supervisory relationships.

Supervision is offered at $175 per 60-minute supervision hour and provided via secure telehealth. A limited number of sliding-scale supervision slots may be available based on need and availability.
