  • How do I schedule therapy?

    All psychotherapy appointments are scheduled through my Headway platform. You can review insurance eligibility, copays, and coverage details directly through Headway before confirming an appointment.

    Therapy is provided exclusively via secure telehealth to clients physically located in Washington or Idaho at the time of service.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    I work with many insurance plans through Headway. Headway manages eligibility verification, billing, and claims processing. My standard private-pay rate is $200 per session.

    Coverage details, copays, and eligibility can be reviewed directly within the Headway scheduling platform prior to confirming an appointment.

  • What are your therapy fees?

    My standard private-pay rate is $200 per 50–55 minute session.

  • Do you provide telehealth therapy only?

    Yes. All psychotherapy services are provided exclusively through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth.

    Clients must be physically located in Washington or Idaho during each session. I am not licensed to provide services outside these jurisdictions.

  • What technology is required for telehealth?

    Telehealth sessions require a reliable internet connection, a device with video and audio capability (computer, tablet, or smartphone), and access to a private, confidential space. For optimal connection and clinical quality, a computer or tablet is recommended. Sessions should not be attended while driving or in public spaces where privacy cannot be maintained.

  • Do you provide EMDR therapy?

    Yes. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and distressing life experiences.

    EMDR therapy is provided via secure telehealth to clients physically located in Washington or Idaho at the time of service. EMDR may be integrated with other trauma-informed approaches depending on clinical need.

  • Do you offer Internal Family Systems (IFS) or parts-based therapy?

    Yes. My work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other parts-based approaches that support emotional regulation, self-compassion, and trauma recovery.

    IFS-informed therapy may be integrated with EMDR, DBT skills, and other evidence-based modalities to create a structured and individualized treatment plan.

  • Do you provide trauma therapy for adults and teens in Washington or Idaho?

    Yes. I provide trauma-informed telehealth therapy for adults and adolescents physically located in Washington or Idaho at the time of service.

    Services may address:

    • Complex trauma
    • Anxiety and burnout
    • Childhood trauma
    • Professional stress and high-functioning overwhelm
    • Grief and life transitions

    All services are delivered via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth.

  • What types of therapy approaches do you use?

    My work is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based practice. Modalities may include:

    • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
    • Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy
    • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
    • DBT-informed skills for emotional regulation

    Treatment planning is individualized and based on clinical assessment, diagnostic clarity, and medical necessity.

  • How long are sessions?

    Sessions are typically 50–55 minutes unless otherwise clinically indicated.

  • How often will we meet?

    Frequency is determined collaboratively based on clinical need. Most clients begin meeting weekly or biweekly. As treatment goals are met and stability increases, sessions may transition to monthly maintenance as part of graduation planning.

  • Who is a good fit for your practice?

    My practice may be a good fit for individuals seeking structured, trauma-informed, evidence-based care and who are willing to engage consistently in the therapeutic process.

    I often work with:

    • High-functioning professionals experiencing burnout

  • Do you provide between-session communication?

    Email and/or Messaging communication is limited to scheduling and administrative matters. Clinical concerns are addressed during scheduled sessions.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Appointments require 24–48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

  • Do you offer in-person therapy?

    No. All services are provided via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth.

  • What if I need crisis support?

    I do not provide emergency or crisis response services. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911.

    For immediate mental health crisis support, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to your nearest emergency department.

    I am not available for 24/7 support outside of scheduled sessions.

  • What if we are not a good fit?

    If at any point it appears that another provider or level of care would better support your needs, I will communicate this directly and assist with appropriate referrals whenever possible.

  • What if I am located outside Washington or Idaho?

    I am licensed to provide clinical services in Washington and Idaho. Clients must be physically located in one of these states at the time of each session. If you relocate or are traveling outside of these states, services may need to be paused until you return to a licensed jurisdiction.

  • What services do you not provide?

    I do not provide:

    • In-person therapy
    • Crisis stabilization or emergency services
    • Court-ordered evaluations
    • Custody or forensic evaluations
    • Medication management
    • Psychological or neuropsychological testing
    • 24/7 on-call support

    If you require these services, I recommend consulting a provider who specializes in those areas.

  • Do you provide Good Faith Estimates?

    Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for services. If you are receiving services outside of insurance coverage, a written Good Faith Estimate is available upon request.

  • Do you offer sliding scale rates?

    Sliding scale availability is limited and considered on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire directly if you would like to discuss options.

  • Do you provide documentation for FMLA, disability, or workplace accommodations?

    Documentation may be provided within the context of an established therapeutic relationship and based on clinical appropriateness. Requests for FMLA, disability, or workplace accommodation forms are considered on a case-by-case basis and typically require ongoing treatment and adequate assessment. Completion of documentation may incur additional fees.

  • Do you provide Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters?

    Emotional Support Animal letters may be considered within the context of an established therapeutic relationship and ongoing treatment. Requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require appropriate clinical assessment. ESA evaluations are not provided as a standalone service.

  • Are you available for court testimony?

    I do not provide custody or forensic evaluations and do not accept court-ordered cases. Participation in legal proceedings related to existing clients is limited and considered on a case-by-case basis. Additional fees apply for court-related involvement.

  • Do you provide clinical supervision in Washington State?

    Yes. I provide associate-level clinical supervision for:

    • LICSW Associates (full supervision hours)
    • LMHC Associates (full supervision hours)
    • LMFT Associates (partial hours per Washington State requirements)

    Supervision is structured, reflective, trauma-informed, and aligned with Washington Administrative Code (WAC) licensure standards.

    Supervision may include:

    • Diagnostic formulation
    • Documentation review
    • Medical necessity development
    • Audit readiness
    • Ethical decision-making
    • Professional identity development

  • What are your supervision and consultation rates?

    Current rates are:

    Clinical Supervision: $175
    Professional Consultation: $225

    Consultation services may also include time-limited support for documentation review, audit preparedness, billing workflow analysis, and practice development.

  • Do you offer consultation for private practice clinicians?

    Yes. I provide professional consultation for clinicians and behavioral health organizations seeking support with:
