About

Shannon B. Webb

I am a clinical social worker, supervisor, and behavioral health consultant with over two decades of experience across community mental health, healthcare systems, and clinical leadership.

My work is grounded in ethical, trauma-informed, high-quality care and in the belief that healing and professional growth happen best in relationships built on trust, steadiness, and respect.

My Work

I provide clinical supervision and behavioral health consultation for clinicians, practice owners, and organizations seeking to strengthen clinical quality, documentation, ethical practice, and sustainable systems of care.

In addition, I maintain a limited telehealth therapy practice for adults and teens in Washington and Idaho.

  • Clinical supervision for Washington associates

  • Behavioral health consultation for clinicians and organizations

  • Trauma-informed telehealth therapy for adults and teens

  • Clinical guidance grounded in documentation, ethics, and real-world practice

  • Over time, my work has expanded into systems-level leadership and community-based initiatives.

    • Advisory board member supporting social work and chemical dependency programs at Whatcom Community College

    • Recipient of the Promise Award for mental health programming in the Bellingham School District

    • Contributed to the development of the region’s first school-based embedded wellness center

    • Experience spanning schools, healthcare systems, crisis services, housing initiatives, and community mental health programs

I care deeply about the communities where I live and work. The people I serve are not abstract populations—they are neighbors, families, and young people shaping the future of our region.

  • My path into this work has been shaped by both clinical experience and a deep commitment to supporting people through complex and often difficult moments in their lives.

Working across systems has reinforced how both individuals and clinicians are impacted by the environments around them.

This continues to shape my work today—with a focus on ethical care, clear clinical thinking, and creating spaces where both clients and clinicians can grow in sustainable ways.

  • My current work centers on supervision, consultation, trauma-informed therapy, and practical resources for clinicians through The Practice Library™.

Experience & Approach

My career spans over 20 years across outpatient care, integrated medical settings, crisis services, and behavioral health leadership.

I have worked in both direct practice and leadership roles, which allows me to bring clinical depth together with systems-level understanding.

This perspective supports clinicians and organizations in ways that are practical, ethical, and responsive to the real-world pressures of behavioral health work.

Whether I am working with therapy clients, supervising clinicians, or consulting with organizations, I bring a steady, relational, and structured approach.
